Long round – Canberra – 60/900  (for everybody)
30 arrows (6 x 5 ends) at 60m, 50m and 40m. 90 arrows total

Medium Round – Short Canberra – 50/900 (for people who have been in archery for 12 months or less or never shot further than 50 m)
30 arrows (6 x 5 ends) at 50m, 40m and 30m.90 arrows total

Short Round  – Junior Canberra – 40/900 (for people who have been in archery for 12 months or less or never shot further than 40 m)
30 arrows (6 x 5 ends) at 40m, 30m, and 20m. 90 arrows total
